In California, the standard notary fee is capped at $15 per signature line stamped. Because we bring our services directly to your location, a travel and convenience fee is added based on the distance, time of day, and location of the signing.

To ensure a seamless and efficient signing, please have the following items ready:
Complete Documents: All pages must be present, with no blank lines or unfilled spaces.
Valid Identification: A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID for all signers (e.g., California Driver’s License, State ID, or US Passport). The name on the ID must match the name on the document exactly.

Some legal documents (such as certain Wills or Power of Attorney forms) require independent witnesses in addition to the notary.
Please review your document’s instructions carefully prior to our meeting.
If witnesses are required, you must arrange for impartial individuals (who are not named in the document and possess valid IDs) to be present at the time of the appointment.
